It's a Malaysian Training Program and it's a crime if someone rebel to go to the program. You can only get an exception if you are mentally ill or undergoing drug rehabilitation or something similar to those conditions.
Unfortunately, I'm running out of luck... hmm, I'm selected to join this program and I'm devastated... Lol
